RETURNS
I hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase and, if not, you have a right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt. The purchaser may return the item, undamaged, and preferably in its original packaging or at least packaged to prevent any damage in transit. The purchaser is responsible for the returns postage costs. On receipt of the undamaged returned item I will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). Damaged art work caused by improper packaging cannot be refunded. Most of my artworks are originals and therefore cannot be exactly reproduced. The law enables sellers (the Artist) to deduct an amount from your refund if you have diminished the value of the Artwork by handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function – i.e. “unreasonable use”.
How to return items
Unpack the artwork carefully and please retain the original packaging until you are happy with your purchase. When you receive your item you have 14 days to decide if you are satisfied with the purchase or to return the item in its original condition for a refund.
If you wish to return the undamaged artwork please inform me via email within 14 days of receipt to let me know you are returning it/them . You do not have to give a reason but please be free to do so if you wish.*** Please email me before you return the artwork in order to qualify for a refund. Please post the item(s) within three (3) days of the confirmation that you will be returning the item(s)
Artwork should be returned unused and in perfect condition with the original packaging, within 14 days of the date you advise us of your cancellation, at your expense, using the postal address as provided on the invoice unless the Artist has specifically provided you with an alternative for the return. We always advise that you return artwork using a service which provides you with proof of sending. Unless your item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise with you prior to you returning the Artwork, then you will be responsible for the costs in returning the item to the Artist.
Please repackage the artwork in its original packaging securely, to guard against damages, and remove all shipping labels. Damaged artwork caused by improper packaging cannot unfortunately be refunded. Once you have posted the item please confirm this by email.

Please note that some payment methods mean that a refund may take up to 7 days to reach your account.
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
1 – Within fourteen (14) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email to give me your order information.
2 - Save original packaging and take photos of damaged artwork and packaging.
3- Please email these photos to me
4 - I will contact you to discuss next steps.
